Problems with creating a new account, resetting your password, or getting an error message?

In many cases, you can solve this problem by using the "Private Mode" of your browser. This special mode of your browser allows the web site to see you as a first time visitor. Doing so will let the PALITE web site (or any site you ever visit) work with you on a clean slate, which can help eliminate issues with website connections. 


This does not affect your computer's security in any way. It only allows the web site to see you as a new, first time user.
